Hi, I am Chris! I have been guiding families and investors in their property upgrading journeys since 2010.

I help clients buy, sell, and upgrade their residential properties. My specialty is in identifying property investment opportunities, and property portfolio optimisation through restructuring of assets.

I’m not what you would consider a natural salesman. I choose to be someone honest and reliable that clients can trust. I’m happy to have impacted over 300 customers with a 100% satisfaction rate. Being a consistent top 1% of PropNex (with 12,000 agents) is just one sign of my hardwork and dedication.

I pride myself in giving the right advice so that my clients can make money and avoid costly mistakes. I keep up-to-date with the latest trends in property as well developments in policy and regulation, so that I can give sound advice to customers when they are making changes to their investment portfolio.
